Washington, D.C. – Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) announced that the full Committee will hold a markup at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.  The Committee will consider legislation that will provide reforms, cut red tape, streamline reviews, and provide greater regulatory certainty under Clean Water Act (CWA) permitting processes.

The Committee is scheduled to consider the following legislation:

  • Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (ANS) to H.R. 3898, Promoting Efficient Review for Modern Infrastructure Today (PERMIT) Act

The ANS to the PERMIT Act incorporates multiple bills previously introduced by members of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.  More information about the introduction of those bills that are included in the ANS is available here.

More information about the markup, including full legislative text and a link to the live webcast, will be posted here as it becomes available.
