Statement of Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) on the passage of the House Republican budget resolution:

“The passage of the budget resolution is a critical step towards unlocking a reconciliation bill that delivers on President Trump’s America First Agenda and prioritizes the economic and national security of hardworking Americans. This House Republican budget resolution also ensures that farmers, small businesses, and families in Missouri and across the country will not be subjected to trillions in tax increases.  Committee Republicans are ready to do our part to fulfill President Trump’s border security agenda, including providing funding to the United States Coast Guard for drug and illegal migrant interdiction. The Coast Guard has been underfunded for years, but this Administration recognizes that the Coast Guard plays a crucial role in securing our maritime border.
