Transportation and Infrastructure Committee to Mark Up Bills Related to Transportation Jobs, Public Buildings Reforms, Program Oversight, Aviation Programs and More

Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) announced that the full Committee will hold a markup at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.  Legislation the Committee will consider will provide more paths to transportation jobs for veterans, make reforms in federal building space utilization and construction, increase oversight related to water resources programs, address aviation safety materials storage needs, and more.

The Committee is scheduled to consider the following legislation:

  • Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (ANS) to H.R. 3055, Transitioning Retiring And New Service Members to Port Ocean Rail and Truck Jobs Act or TRANSPORT Jobs Act
  • ANS to H.R. 3423, Facility for Runway Operations and Safe Transportation Act or FROST Act
  • H.R. 3477, Ensuring Airline Resiliency to Reduce Delays and Cancellations Act
  • ANS to H.R. 2591, Mental Health in Aviation Act of 2025
  • H.R. 3331, Mariner Exam Modernization Act
  • ANS to H.R. 3427, Water Resources Technical Assistance Review Act
  • H.R. 3428, Mid-Atlantic River Basin Commissions Review Act
  • H.R. 3424, Shared Property Agency Collaboration and Engagement Act of 2025 or SPACE Act of 2025
  • ANS to H.R. 3425, Personnel Oversight and Shift Tracking Act of 2025 or POST Act of 2025
