Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on the Implementation of FMCSA’s Entry Level Driver Training Rule

Highways and Transit Subcommittee Chairman Rick Crawford (R-AR) announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing with stakeholders to examine implementation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) Rule. The hearing entitled “A Negotiated Rulemaking at Work: Stakeholder Perspectives on Implementation of the Entry Level Driver Training Rule,” will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, September 26, 2024, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
