Aviation Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on FAA’s Oversight of Boeing’s Comprehensive Action PlanAviation Subcommittee Chairman Garret Graves (R-LA) announced that the Subcommittee will receive testimony from Michael Whitaker, Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), at a hearing focusing on the FAA’s oversight of Boeing’s corrective action plan following the Alaska Airlines flight 1282 incident on January 5, 2024. The hearing, entitled, “Implementation of Boeing’s Comprehensive Action Plan,” will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
