Committee to Mark Up Slate of Bills, Including Measure to Protect the Air Traffic Control System from Government Shutdowns

Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) announced that the full Committee will hold a markup at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.  The Committee will consider legislation to protect the U.S. National Airspace System during any lapses in federal funding, additional aviation measures, bills to improve water quality throughout the nation and emergency communications at federal buildings, a resolution approving the move of the FBI headquarters to the Ronald Reagan Federal Office Building, and more.

The Committee is scheduled to consider the following legislation:

  • Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (ANS) to H.R. 6422, American Water Stewardship Act
  • H.R. 6267, Aviation Supply Chain Safety and Security Digitization Act of 2025
  • ANS to H.R. 5663, ACPAC Modernization Act
  • ANS to H.R. 6427, Airport Regulatory Relief Act of 2025
  • H.R. 6460, Recreational Drone Empowerment Act
  • ANS to H.R. 6086, Aviation Funding Solvency Act
  • ANS to H.R. 3410, Supersonic Aviation Modernization Act
  • H.R. 5783, State Actions for Employing Transportation Risk Assessments and Crossing Knowledge Strategies (SAFE TRACKS) Act
  • H.R. 6480, To direct the Administrator of General Services to submit a report to Congress on the state of the real estate portfolio of the Public Building Service, and for other purposes
  • H.R. 6481, Federal Building Threat Notification Act
  • General Service Administration Capital Investment and Leasing Program Resolutions
