Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Improving the Utilization of Federal Real Estate

Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management Chairman Scott Perry (R-PA) announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing to examine strategies to transform federal real estate by consolidating, relocating, and selling unused and underutilized spaces. The hearing will build upon Committee reforms, recently enacted into law, to maximize space utilization or relinquish underutilized or unused space.  The hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
