Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on the Role of Clean Water Act Permitting in Building America’s Infrastructure

Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee Chairman Mike Collins (R-GA) announced that the Subcommittee is continuing the “America Builds” hearing series with a hearing examining how Congress can ensure that the Clean Water Act (CWA) balances the goals of protecting water quality and timely project completions, reducing supply chain challenges, and promoting commerce. The hearing, entitled “America Builds: Clean Water Act Permitting and Project Delivery,” will take place at 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
