Committee to Mark Up Bipartisan FAA Reauthorization Bill

Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) announced that the full Committee will hold a markup at 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building. The Committee will consider the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act, bipartisan legislation to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and aviation safety and infrastructure programs for the next five years.

The legislation was introduced in the House today by T&I Chairman Sam Graves, T&I Ranking Member Rick Larsen (D-WA), Aviation Subcommittee Chairman Garret Graves (R-LA), and Aviation Subcommittee Ranking Member Steve Cohen (D-TN).

More information about the markup, including full legislative text and a link to the live webcast, will be posted here as it becomes available. Please note, it is possible the Committee will meet on multiple days to complete action on the bill.
