Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on FEMA Disaster Preparedness & Response

Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management Subcommittee Chairman Scott Perry (R-PA) announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing on the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Strategic Plan and how it impacts readiness and FEMA’s disaster preparedness and response capabilities. The hearing, entitled “The Impacts of FEMA’s Strategic Plan on Disaster Preparedness and Response,” will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
