Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) announced that the full Committee will hold a markup at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.  The Committee will consider legislation to strengthen, support, and authorize funding for the United States Coast Guard, one of the Nation’s six armed services, for its critical missions to safeguard the Nation’s borders, facilitate maritime commerce, and ensure maritime safety.  The bipartisan bill was introduced on April 20^th by Chairman Graves along with full Committee Ranking Member Rick Larsen (D-WA), Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee Chairman Daniel Webster (R-FL), and Coast Guard and Maritime Subcommittee Ranking Member Salud Carbajal (D-CA).

The Committee is scheduled to consider the following:

• Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute to H.R. 2741, Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2023
