Committee to Consider Regulatory Integrity Protection Act, FEMA & Emergency Management Legislation, Other Measures This WeekThe Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, chaired by U.S. Rep. Bill Shuster (R-PA), will mark up legislation on Wednesday to require the withdrawal of the Administration’s flawed proposed Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule, a bill to address the rising costs of disasters in the United States and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Federal Emergency Management Agency capabilities and programs, and other measures on Wednesday.
