T&I Committee to Mark Up Bills on Digital Pilot Certificates, Broadband Access in Appalachia, Protecting Americans’ Property in Other Countries and MoreWashington, D.C. – Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) announced that the full Committee will hold a markup at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building. The Committee will consider legislation that would allow pilots use digital versions of certain certificates, help improve broadband access through Appalachian Regional Commission projects, limit the access to U.S. ports of vessels that have called on foreign ports or properties once owned by American entities but were nationalized by other governments, and more. The Committee is scheduled to consider the following legislation:
