Washington, D.C. – Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) today announced that Rep. Mike Ezell (R-MS) will serve as the Committee’s Vice Chairman for the 119^th Congress.   

“Congressman Ezell is a hard-working and knowledgeable Member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and I am excited to have him serve as the Committee’s Vice Chairman this Congress,” said Chairman Graves.  “Since joining Transportation and Infrastructure, Mike has dedicated himself to learning the various issues we oversee, developing meaningful legislation, and contributing to the important work at the Committee.  We have a busy agenda this Congress that includes passing a major multi-year surface transportation bill with a strong focus on building and improving the roads and bridges that move people and freight efficiently throughout America.  The Committee will also continue to address our water resources infrastructure, pipeline safety programs, the needs and resources of the United States Coast Guard, and other priorities, and I look forward to Vice Chairman Ezell’s contributions to these efforts.
