This November 22, 2019 letter to FAA Administrator Steve Dickson from the chairs and ranking members of the Full Committee and the Aviation Subcommittee urges the the FAA to ensure the safety of other airspace users, including airlines, owners and operators of general aviation aircraft, commercial flight crews, and the traveling public, as the agency works to finalize its commercial space transportation rule.
