Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster (R-PA) today announced staff changes for the Committee.

After serving for more than three years as Communications Director, Jim Billimoria is leaving the Committee staff and has accepted a position with Amazon in Seattle as a Public Relations Manager for Customer Delivery programs.

“I appreciate all of JB’s work in leading the Committee’s communications team and overseeing the dramatic expansion of the Committee’s digital media presence, particularly as we developed and passed critical legislative efforts like the Water Resources Reform and Development Act and the FAST Act,” Shuster said.

Justin Harclerode, who has served as Communications Advisor under Chairman Shuster, has been appointed as the Committee’s new Communications Director.  This is Harclerode’s 20^th year on the Hill, and he has served on the Committee’s Republican staff under four previous chairmen. 

“Justin’s considerable experience with the wide range of issues before the Committee will help us as we continue to build upon the good work we’ve done over the last two congresses in strengthening America’s infrastructure,” Shuster said.
