Summary of Subject Matter
This is a roundtable policy discussion of the Public-Private Partnerships Panel, chaired by U.S. Rep. John J. Duncan, Jr. (R-TN).

Municipalities face challenges in operating, maintenance, and financing their water and waste water systems.
