Aviation Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Importance of Passing a Comprehensive Long-Term FAA Reauthorization Bill

Washington, D.C. – Aviation Subcommittee Chairman Garret Graves (R-LA) announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing to discuss the need for Congress to pass a comprehensive long-term Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization bill, the ramifications of short-term extensions on the agency’s operations, and the subsequent effects on the aviation industry and the travelling public.

The hearing, entitled, “Turbulence Ahead: Consequences of Delaying a Long-Term FAA Bill,” will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, November 30, 2023, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
