Purpose of the Hearing

The Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment will meet on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., in room 2167 of the Rayburn House Office Building to examine progress to date on implementing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (P.L. 111-5).  The hearing will primarily address programs administered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
