Summary of Subject Matter
 
This is a roundtable policy discussion of the Public-Private Partnerships Panel, chaired by U.S. Rep. John J. Duncan, Jr. (R-TN).

Municipalities face challenges in operating, maintenance, and financing their water and waste water systems. Recently localities have begun to utilize innovative approaches, including P3s, to manage and upgrade their systems.  The Panel will hear from panelists that have been involved in water P3 arrangements, including local elected officials, water providers and private sector advisors.
